The Hotel is in walking distance to the NS train station, and only one stop to Amsterdam Centraal and the schiphol airport. In addition, all the receptionist are very hospitable. However, it would be an adding point if the entrance of the hotel can set a slope for rolling the luggage up and down so that guests won't need to carry the luggage via stairs. But overall, it was a pleasant stay!

I came with my parents and husband and enjoyed the location and atmosphere of MERCURE. It was very convenient to be walking distance from the Sloterdijk station and convenience store. Beds were comfortable as well and housekeeping was excellent.

Amazing experience in this hotel, near the train station, very calm area, 10 mins away from central station, friendly staff and helpful, room size somehow acceptable for a 2-3 days short trip to Amsterdam, very clean, overall recommend place to stay in ur next trip
